Regarding Short Notice Cancellations
Please and we hope that you understand that we would like to accommodate Jammin’ Jenn families and individuals for short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) in all circumstances. But we can no longer can. Our practice is at a financial loss each time we do. Our common and standard policy states that the only reasons excusable for short notice cancellation without charge are illness of the treated individual or a family emergency. Thank you for honoring and agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Regarding Session Attendance
Thank you for honoring that scheduled music therapy sessions represent an agreement between you and Jammin’ Jenn Music Therapy. The particular time slot with our staff/practice is reserved for your child, loved one, or individual under your guardianship. The treated individual is expected to attend sessions regularly and consistently. Of course, we understand that there will be occasional advance notice cancellations due to illness, doctor appointments, vacations, parties, etc. However, barring these every once in a while instances, your reservation of a time slot with our practice is a commitment to attend sessions consistently and regularly. Once again, thank you for honoring and agreeing to our guidelines for session attendance policy.
Regarding Payment
Jammim’ Jenn Music Therapy invoices our clients at the beginning of a new month for the prior month’s sessions. Invoices are sent via email. Invoices can be mailed via postal mail upon request. Payment is due upon receipt. Please do not carry balances over month to month. You are welcome to pay for each session as you go if you choose. We do not accept credit cards. Jammin’ Jenn Music Therapy accepts and prefers electronic payment via Zelle. Please Zelle to edgoodman1@mac.com. Cash and personal checks are also accepted. Payment can be delivered in-person sessions at the Watchung Studio only. Otherwise, please postal mail checks to Jammin’ Jenn Music Therapy, 1308 Johnston Dr. Watchung, NJ 07069.
Regarding Insurance
Jammin’ Jenn Music Therapy does not accept insurance of any kind. We are however, glad to provide paid invoices with requested information so requests for reimbursement can be made.
